Currently working as a UX researcher for Verizon. I work closely with designers facilitating user interviews and usability tests, gathering data analytics and producing deliverables, customer journey maps for instance. My job is to be an advocate for the user's needs. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams to understand human behavior in the digital world as well as leveraging data to inform insights and strategies.
